Learn More About Title 1

Mt. Orab Elementary and Hamersville Elementary are both Title 1 schools.  What does that mean?
Both schools receive funding for reading interventions and school-wide strategies that help all students with becoming literate and successful in school.  On November 1, both schools will be hosting Parent- Teacher Conference Nights.  If you'd like to learn more information on Title 1, please join us at 5:00 - 6:00pm.  If you'd like to see information that will be discussed at the meeting, please click on your child's school building below.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Jina Bohl at jina.bohl@wbbroncos.com or 937-444-2044, ext 25031.

This protocol can be found below and on our web site. Please make every attempt to keep your contact information current and notify the building secretary of any changes in your contact information.

Staff and Parental Notification Procedures:

In the event of an incident, communication will be provided through the one-call system to inform parents / staff and to provide additional information.

Parents and staff, Pesticide Application notifications will be posted on the school's website under the Maintenance tab on the left hand side.
Western Brown also offers the SafeSchools Alert, a tip reporting service that allows students, staff, and parents to submit safety concerns to our administration four different ways:
1.  Phone:  1-855-4ALERT1, ext 1116
2.  Text:  #1116 @tip+your tip to ALERT1 (252781)
