Mindy attended Hamersville School as a student, Kindergarten through 8th grade. She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from Wilmington College. She received her Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton. After graduating from college she returned to Hamersville School to teach 6th Grade Math for 6 years, and then became the Assistant Principal for 9 ½ years. She has now been the Principal at HEMS for 8 ½ years. Mindy also coached the Hamersville Girls’ 7th and 8th Grade Basketball teams for 15 years. Mindy has lived in Hamersville her entire life and currently resides there with her husband Adam.

Tina has been a Western Brown employee for 23 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Northern Kentucky University, a Master’s in Literacy from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership also from the University of Cincinnati. She taught 1st, 2nd, and 4th grade at Mt. Orab Elementary for 22 years. This is her second year as Assistant Principal at HEMS. This year, Tina will also be the testing coordinator for the Western Brown district. Tina and her husband, Danny, have three boys. Her oldest son, Tristan, graduated from Western Brown in 2021. Her younger sons, Peyton and Nolan, currently attend Western Brown High School.
