What is a School Based Health Center?

The HealthSource Western Brown School-Based Health Center (SBHC) was created to provide healthcare to the children/faculty in the district. The Center’s location in the school itself, allows for easy access. For example, if your child has a sore throat, they can be evaluated, treated, and have medication sent to their pharmacy as needed. A follow-up letter can be sent to your family’s primary care physician about the care your child received at the School-Based Health Center. To make an appointment or for any questions please call 937-444-4824.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
