Turn to School Based Health @ MOE

When your child gets ill who do you turn to?  If you're not sure where to go, then look to Western Brown's School Based Health Center (SBHC) located at Mt. Orab Elementary.  The SBHC has a full-time nurse practitioner who can diagnose and prescibe medications in the event your child needs them.  SBHC also has a full-time mental health provider who can help your child deal with many of the pressures of today's busy world.  If you're interested in your child being seen by SBHC, please complete the two forms below and return them to the elementary.  If you're worried about insurance, don't be.  SBHC works with all major health insurance companies along with Medicaid.  We encourage you to take advantage of SBHC many services.  Phone number for scheduling appointment 937- 444-4824
